We have a strict Quality Checking process embedded before each product is packed and dispatched. We take utmost care in packing to ensure zero damage during transit – domestic or international and we ship through registered reputed shipping service providers. In rare scenario, if any product gets damaged during transit, we take full accountability of the damage, so that you can sit back, relax without any fear of shipping damage and shop!

We offer Free Shipping within India.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMELINE
We usually dispatch your order within 1-2 Business Days from the order placement date (the dispatch can get delayed in case of product non-readiness or any customization or any delay from the shipping company. However this is rare scenario).
Once dispatched from our end, the delivery timeline will depend on the shipping company. Usually, it takes 3 – 4 Business Days to deliver within India.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SHIPPING CHARGES
Our international shipping is facilitated by DHL Worldwide. For International Shipping, charges are automatically included in the product price when you are viewing our website from any country other than India. You do not incur any additional shipping charges.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not charge any additional tariffs or customs fees on international orders. In most cases, parcels are delivered directly to you without any issues. However, in the rare event that a parcel is held by customs in the destination country, the clearance process and any related requirements will need to be handled by the client directly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMELINE

Our shipping companies will attempt to deliver the order 3 times before they return it to us.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pincodes across India.
However, our first preference is online prepaid orders.
